Jin Shin Jyutsu® (pronounced jin shin JIT-soo) is an ancient harmonizing art that balances the body's natural energy flow. It releases blockages caused by everyday stress and tension. Jin Shin Jyutsu® was a lost art for more than 1200 years. It was rediscovered in the early 1900's by the late Master Jiro Murai and brought to this country by the late Mary Burmeister in the 1940's. Mary practiced in Arizona and I was fortunate to meet her in 1990.
